The Anthropocene is the most recent era of geologic time. More specifically, it is the era where human impact and activity has majorly affected the planet's ecosystem. This topic is at the core of The Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and was important to bring to the forefront of every visitor's experience. With this in mind, the museum rethought (and rebranded) how this information was presented by creating fifteen touch-points in existing exhibits throughout the museum. These moments culminated in a central "hub" with interactives and different spaces for reflection.

The contrast of humanity and nature was represented with hand lettered titles and differing images. The use of orange disrupts the typical exhibit branding of blues and greens to create recognizable branding around the museum.
